Group sea trips

An inexpensive way to see Montenegro from the water: a seat on a shared boat, group pick-up along the coast, a Russian-speaking guide on board.

Which boat trip should you choose?

The Bay of Kotor boat trip is one of the most popular days out in the country: Perast, the islands, Kotor and swimming stops, from €53 per person. The evening cruise on the bay is shorter and cheaper — from €43, departing from Herceg Novi only. Lake Skadar starts at €53. All of these run in season only and do not operate from October to May.

Rafting on the Tara with the Piva canyon is a different kind of trip: a full day in the north, from €82 per person, and also in season only. The fish picnic on a boat along the coast is not running in 2026.

Group boat trip or a boat of your own?

While there are fewer than five of you, the group trip is cheaper: a seat costs from €53, a whole boat from €355 for three hours. From six people up, your own boat comes close to the group price, and you choose the timing and the stops. If you don't speak Russian, there is one more point in its favour: the operator runs its group boat trips only with a Russian-speaking guide. Details are in the yacht charter section.

Common questions

From €82 per person from Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Bar and Podgorica. It is a full day with an early start, and it runs in season only: not from October to May.
