Privacy

There is no registration and no account area on this site, and we do not process payments. If you book through an embedded partner catalogue, the payment happens on their side: the money, the card details and the confirmation go to the company providing the service. We do not ask for your phone or document details. The only data you can leave yourself is a comment on an article (see below).

We use a single technical cookie — it remembers your chosen language so we do not have to ask again on your next visit. It stores only the language code. You can delete it in your browser settings and the site will keep working.

When you leave a comment you share a name (a nickname is fine), the text and — optionally — an email address. The name and text are published after moderation; the email is never published and is used only to contact you about your comment.

A comment is stored while it is published. To edit or delete your comment, write to the email on the contact page — we will remove it, no questions asked. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.

We count page views and clicks to service providers in anonymous form: no cookies, no IP addresses, no device identifiers — only "which page was viewed and how many times". These numbers cannot be linked to a person.

To tell one person who opened five pages from five different people, your browser keeps a single marker for the length of the session — while the tab is open. It never leaves your browser, disappears when you close the tab and is linked to nothing.

We also record which site you came from — the domain only (for example "Google search"), without the specific page address and without parameters. That is how we understand where our readers come from.

The car rental and excursion pages, and some articles, carry catalogues run by partner companies. They load from those companies' own domains, work under their rules and may set their own cookies and collect data about what you search for inside them.

Anything you enter inside such a block — dates, name, contact details, card details when booking — goes to that company, not to us. We neither see nor store it, the payment runs through their payment system, and their privacy policy applies inside the block.

There are no analytics counters and no advertising pixels on this site: we keep our own statistics without personal data, as described above.

When you press a booking button or an external link, you leave for a third-party website. From that point its terms and its privacy policy apply. Everything you enter there — your name, documents, payment — goes to that company, not to us.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any hosting, it keeps technical request logs, including IP address and browser type. They are needed for protection against attacks and for the delivery network; we do not use them to profile visitors.
